1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by QuickMark (QM), including website design, mobile application development, SaaS solutions, and related digital services. By engaging with QuickMark, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

QuickMark provides digital product design and development services based on client requirements. The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a proposal or agreement before project initiation.

3. Services

  • Pricing will be shared before work begins.
  • Payments may be milestone-based or full upfront as agreed.
  • Delayed payments may result in project pause until dues are cleared.
  • Taxes and third-party costs are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Accurate project information and content
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Required access to hosting, domains, or third-party tools

Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

5. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Additional changes beyond scope may involve extra charges and timeline updates.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.
  • QuickMark retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless restricted in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

QuickMark may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways). Their policies will also apply, and QuickMark is not liable for their service interruptions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project information confidential and not disclose sensitive data without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuickMark is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting, or client-provided content.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments for completed work up to that point remain due.

11. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided only if included in the agreement or maintenance plan.
